Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Sometimes we may have to cancel your orders if we are out of stock of items. Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . Orders are generally received in under 4-5 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. In this instance we will notify you of any delays. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to Midlands Flyfishing at any time with a receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Exchange goods may incur a further postal charge. Credit Card Refunds On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Shipping UK Postage and Packaging Heaviest item decides the postage rate for whole order. i.e. only one charge applies.
